The information, content, data, tools, calculators, portfolio models, AI-generated insights, market analysis, and educational material available on the Platform are provided for general informational purposes only. The following general disclaimers apply to all use of the Platform:

PART B — STANDARD RISK FACTORS

B.1 Market Risk

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks arising from fluctuations in the prices of equity, debt, derivatives, commodities, and other financial instruments. The NAV of units may go up or down depending on market forces.

C.4 Technology and System Risk

The Platform depends on cloud infrastructure and data feeds. System outages, cyberattacks, or software bugs may disrupt the availability of AI outputs. AnchorWealth is not liable for losses arising from technology failures.
